Mark Bluemle (he/him) is a Pittsburgh-based editor, photographer, and creative director. He is the Founding Editor-In-Chief of DEJA MAGAZINE, a print publication dedicated to documenting Pittsburgh's creative underground; arts, music, fashion, culture, all of it.
Mark got his start founding a publication (47Magazine & Media) while attending PACE University in New York City in 2022. When he moved to Pittsburgh in 2025, he saw a creative gap nobody was filling. So he filled it.
DEJA's first issue sold out in two hours with the second one is on the way (4/17).
His work spans editorial photography, creative direction, production, graphic design, management, marketing, social media, and community building, all in service of one idea: the most interesting people and things in Pittsburgh deserve to be seen.
When he's not making the magazine happen, you'll find him hunched over his laptop in the corner of his room doing other work, or DJing under his alter ego, DISCONAP.
